Classes, Services & Klarna Purchases (U.S. Only)
Our offerings consist exclusively of non-tangible services and educational classes. No physical products are shipped.
Our services are offered exclusively to customers located in the United States.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a service or class and that access, scheduling, preparation, and instructor or resource allocation may begin immediately upon payment.
All Sales Are Final
All class and service purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once payment is received, no refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or rescheduling will be provided. This policy is strictly enforced, as class capacity, scheduling, and instructor resources are reserved at the time of purchase.
Failure to attend a scheduled class, cancellation by the customer, or changes in personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund.
Limited Exceptions
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

The class or service is canceled by us

The service is not delivered as described

A verified duplicate transaction occurs

A documented technical failure prevents access to the purchased service
No other exceptions will be made.
Klarna Purchases
For purchases completed using Klarna, the same no-refund policy applies.
If a refund is approved under the limited exceptions listed above:

Refunds will be issued only to the original Klarna payment method

Store credit is not offered

No alternative form of compensation will be provided
Disputes & Chargebacks
If a dispute is initiated through Klarna or another payment provider, we will provide documentation demonstrating that the service or class was delivered as described. If the service was properly delivered, the charge will be defended in accordance with the payment provider’s dispute resolution process.
